Thursday Nights
- Who is eligible for the OVERNIGHTERS?
Your child is eligible to spend the night with us only during the time that
he/she attends camp. This option is limited to our campers ages 6 years and older.
- What is the cost?
The fee for this fantastic introduction to the world of OVERNIGHT camping is
only $105.00 for the one night, from 3:30 p.m. Thursday to 9:00 a.m. Friday,
including dinner and breakfast.
(If you have Pre-Registered, you do not need to send anything more)
- What is the schedule of activities?
The children will be picked up at their regular camp time in the morning
Thursday and attend the regular day camp program. Their camping gear should
be sent with them to camp on that morning. After snack and after the other
children have been taken home, the children will begin the Sleepover activities!!!
(Approx. schedule for after day camp):
- 3:30 - 4:00 P.M. - unpack and move into cabins
- 4:00 - 4:30 P.M. - Snack! and Juice
- 4:30 - 5:45 P.M. - Free Swim (pool)
- 6:00 - 7:10 P.M. - Clean up and dinner
- 7:20 - 8:40 P.M. - Group activities (Kickball, Fishing, Dodgeball, etc.)
- 8:45 - 9:15 P.M. - Change and wash up
- 9:20 - 10:00 P.M. - Campfire Activities - Smores, etc. (Weather Permitting)
- 10:05 - 10:30 P.M. - Clean up and Lights Out!
- 10:35 - ? Sleep zzzzzzzz
- 7:15 - 7:45 A.M. - Breakfast
- 7:45 - 8:30 A.M. Straighten up and get ready to begin camp day Children will
go home on their regular bus/ van on Friday.
- What should they bring?
Your child will need a sleeping bag and pillow, 2 extra towels, 2 pairs of socks,
a long pair of pants or sweats, 2 pairs of shorts and shirts, an extra bathing suit,
a tooth brush, soap, etc. (Camp Shirt for a trip day!!!) All of this gear should
be sent in a large waterproof container (like a large trash bag labeled on the
outside with your child's name).
- How do I enroll my child for this wonderful experiences?
To enroll your child(ren), just send the bottom portion of this letter in to camp
along with full payment of $95.00. Registration for these exciting evenings
are limited and ALWAYS SELL OUT so please - Sign up Early!!!
(We can Not guarantee there will be space available for any specific ovenighter
dates.)
